At LegacyThread, we create our collections in intentionally limited quantities. Because each piece is produced in a limited run, we carefully prepare every order. A portion of every purchase also supports our community outreach through LegacyThread in Action.

Return Policy
We want every LegacyThread piece to arrive just as it should. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@legacythreadsbyfamily.store with your order number and photos of the item. Your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
As our collections are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final, and we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal preference.
Our team will be happy to review any issue with your order and assist you as quickly as possible.
